Q. What happens when I contact Two Wolves?
A. We will discuss your specific situation and and ways we can help. We will give you some options for taking first steps forward with Two Wolves.

Q. Is there a “typical” solution or path Two Wolves has for people?
A. The initial path with all clients is the same. We want to understand what made you contact us and what sort of help you would like from us. We help people through this by asking specific questions and letting you share what you are comfortable sharing. Once we have identified your immediate needs and goals, we will let you know how we can best proceed and provide options for your situation. This process allows you to make informed choices about your situation and if you want to move forward with Two Wolves while not making drastic commitments. The actual path recommended for each individual or family can vary significantly. We do not have a single solution to fit clients into. We identify the best options with the best results, whether they are with Two Wolves, using other resources or a combination. Our most important objective is the best path to long-term success for our clients.

Q. Does my loved one experiencing the problem have to be willing to be involved for Two Wolves to help me/us?
A. No. Often we work with the family for some time before working with the individual.

Q. How much does Two Wolves cost?
A. The costs vary considerably. The path for each client is different. Some paths will include top level services and programs, some will involve external resources and providers and many use a combination. We start with the path we feel will provide the best possible chance for success for our client. We then consider a client’s resources. If an approach is not possible financially, we will help find the best possible approach to meet a client’s needs within the resources available.
